At Buzziton, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases of computer components and electronic gadgets. This policy outlines how you can return items bought directly from our online store. For purchases made through Amazon or eBay, please refer to their respective return processes for guidance.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

How to Arrange a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@buzziton.com. When reaching out, include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for the return

For items damaged during delivery, kindly provide clear photos of the damage.

For inquiries about bespoke computer systems or technical issues, please contact our tech support team.

Return Window: 90 Days

You can return products within 90 days of purchase for any reason. Whether you’re in the US or the UK, our customer-first approach ensures an easy and hassle-free returns process.

Change of Mind Returns

For items other than custom-built systems, you may return products within 90 days of purchase. Products should be in new condition, complete with original packaging, and include all accessories.

Return Shipping Costs:
    • A return label will be provided at a cost of £3.35.

You may also use your own courier service. If so, we recommend choosing tracked and insured delivery, as Buzziton cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Returns for Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If you receive a faulty or misdescribed item, contact Customer Service for a pre-paid return label.

  • Shipping Costs: For verified faulty returns, reasonable shipping costs will be reimbursed if you choose your own courier.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect and test it. If the fault is confirmed, you may choose between:

  • A full refund
  • A repair
  • A replacement

Important Notes for All Returns

  • Securely package all returns to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ensure products include all original accessories and documentation.
  • Returns without a visible serial number may be declined.
  • For high-value products, we recommend insuring the package.
  • Buzziton reserves the right to reduce refunds if items show signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned if opened, including:

  • Software
  • Memory cards
  • Headphones (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of accepting your return.
  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.
  • Delivery costs will be refunded at the standard shipping rate.
